As the team's transaction coordinator, Michelle works behind the scenes with marketing, scheduling, documentation and communication. She is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelors of Science in Education and an Associates of Applied Business. When not assisting Jim and Brian, Michelle works in a Southwestern City School inclusion preschool room. She is also an avid runner and can often be seen running the trails in the local metroparks.
