Jim was the perfect Realtor for us. As first time home buyers he was always available with our many questions. He gave us great insight as to options in financing, different options in buying (building vs rehabbing vs ready to move in) and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the real estate business! Each time we went to visit a home I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, instead it was quite the opposite. Jim took time to weigh out the pros and cons of each house according to our desires, which in turn helped us make a decision in this fast -paced market. He also has a quick and efficient online presence - all documents were sent and signed online and we got listings that matched our criteria every day. If Jim wasn't available by phone right away he always texted with a time he could talk or answered our question. The closing process was relatively smooth and the few hiccups we did have (with the title company) Jim was right there fighting on our behalf to get things corrected.
