As first time buyers with a very specific taste, buying their first home in the midst of a pandemic, he made the process painless, stress-free, and as close to easy as he possibly could have. By the time we were on our second or third weekend of viewings, we were finding ourselves pointing out things like a dimensional roof before he did, because he gave us so much insight into what we were looking at in these houses! He listened to our likes and dislikes and tried to point out houses to us that fit our vision before we even saw them.
