He gave us great insight as to options in financing, different options in buying (building vs rehabbing vs ready to move in) and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the real estate business! Each time we went to visit a home I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, instead it was quite the opposite. Jim took time to weigh out the pros and cons of each house according to our desires, which in turn helped us make a decision in this fast -paced market. He also has a quick and efficient online presence - all documents were sent and signed online and we got listings that matched our criteria every day.
