As first time buyers with a very specific taste, buying their first home in the midst of a pandemic, he made the process painless, stress-free, and as close to easy as he possibly could have. By the time we were on our second or third weekend of viewings, we were finding ourselves pointing out things like a dimensional roof before he did, because he gave us so much insight into what we were looking at in these houses! He gave us great insight as to options in financing, different options in buying (building vs rehabbing vs ready to move in) and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the real estate business! Each time we went to visit a home I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, instead it was quite the opposite. Jim took time to weigh out the pros and cons of each house according to our desires, which in turn helped us make a decision in this fast -paced market.
