From identifying what listings that would be a good fit, knowing the area, being very responsive to any questions and pointing out all pros/cons of each home we visited to make sure there were no surprises. Jim was also very good at painting the bigger picture and informing us about the long term plan of each home with updates that would need addressed immediatly, 1 year or 5 years down the road so that we knew exactly what we were getting. More than just the right here right now on the surface when you walk through a home.
