Jim did a great job working with us and paying attention to our needs and request when we sold our house. We worked with him previously on a couple of real estate transaction and he was the only person we considered this time. Jim met with us at the property and understood our position to sell “as-is” since we had already put a lot of time and energy into the house. He came up with a listing and price that worked well - we had over 15 showing in a week, then a couple offers, and closed when he expected. The entire transaction took 37 days and we sold for more than the asking price. Jim was attentive, and almost all signing was electronic, so easy on us.
